Synchronous Lifting for Jacking Systems

Entro Industries has given heavy equipment movers a new tool with the patented AutoLift synchronous jacking system. By using machine learning techniques, Entro's AutoLift system uses jack pressure and position data to allow users to lift loads level every time, even on rough terrain.

Benefits of AutoLift

he hardest part of lifting a load level with jacking systems is ensuring that all jacks are properly pre-loaded. In a manual system, spotters have to carefully watch for the structure to lift off the ground at all lift points before coordinated lifting can begin. Entro's Autolift system detects pre-load automatically. Once pre-load is detected, all jacks extend simultaneously under PLC control, ensuring an even lift.

Entro's Autolift system protects the load by keeping the load level and preventing overlifting. Other systems use load data or position data only to detect pre-load. With those systems, if the weight distribution changes (loading pipe into a drilling rig setback for example) or if the ground is soft, the pre-load point won't be detected properly. By using a sophisticated algorithm on both pressure and position data, Entro's Autolift can compensate for these conditions automatically and operate where other lift control systems can't.

The AutoWalk Synchronous Lift System is available for X-Swing Walking Foot, and Super-X Walker, and other walking feet, and is Intigrated into the Autowalk and Autolift wireless rig walking systems.
