HILLSBORO, Ore. — February 23, 2026 — Entro Industries today announced the release of the ENTRO 65-Ton Trailer Tipper, a 65-ton-capacity machine engineered to address the growing shortage of landfill tipping equipment across North America.
In partnership with Resources by EWS, Entro provides inspection services and manufactures replacement components that other suppliers cannot source, ensuring full lifecycle support.
The ENTRO 65-Ton Trailer Tipper integrates multiple safety innovations, including broken-hose protection on all outriggers. The operator cabin sits 55 feet ahead of the trailer, keeping personnel outside the tipping zone.
The deck approach angle remains under 4 degrees for safer trailer positioning, while AutoFloat ramp controls prevent cylinder overload damage. Quick-adjust front outriggers allow safe maintenance access, and the rotating backstop clears debris flow completely.
"I work with operators who are having issues with their equipment almost daily. Often, they are unable to source critical components quickly, or even receive a return phone call," said Scott Haynes of Resources by EWS, Entro’s sales and service partner. "Operators and directors are excited to see new machinery that genuinely addresses their concerns about long-term reliability, especially given the challenges our industry has faced with existing platforms."
The machine features fabricated box-beam construction for structural integrity. The cabin is 30 percent larger than standard models and includes dual emergency exits. Auxiliary control valves mount directly to the main frame to reduce plumbing and potential leak points, and all major components are designed for single-worker maintenance access.
"This isn’t just a re-nameplated 50-ton machine — it’s purpose-engineered for actual North American operations," said Shawn R. Smith, P.E., president of Entro Industries. "Every component is sourced from North American and European suppliers, ensuring long-term parts availability and service continuity. We’re solving an industry crisis while raising the bar on safety for the men and women who operate these machines daily."
Development included direct input from major waste-management operators. Engineering began in February 2025, with first deliveries scheduled for mid-April 2026. Entro plans to scale production to four units per month at its Kelso, Wash., facility.
The company has manufactured more than 500 tons of custom machinery monthly under API Q1 and ISO 9001 quality standards.
"We’ve taken 30 years of experience in oil-and-gas machinery and applied those engineering standards to waste management’s toughest challenges," Smith added. "It’s time for a fundamental shift in how this equipment is designed, built, and supported."
The ENTRO 65-Ton Trailer Tipper will be available with multiple configurations, including hydraulic front outriggers, electric power units, HVAC systems, and various deck lengths to fit different trailer specifications.
Resources by EWS will provide comprehensive sales, service, and inspection support throughout North America, with additional East Coast coverage through LMR Tipper Services.
