Retrofit Solutions Save Clients Significant Costs

Entro successfully delivered retrofit packages to Patterson UTI, repurposing existing Entro walkers from unused rigs to newer fleet rigs. This strategic adaptation resulted in substantial cost savings while extending the lifecycle of existing assets.

Replacing Failed X-Y Sprinter Walkers

After experiencing multiple component failures—and lacking OEM support—A major Entro client contracted Entro to engineer a refurbishment of an existing system. Our solution retained the existing jacks and structure while replacing the failed control system, travel cylinders, and stomper feet shift mechanism. During the project it was then found that even the original jacks had failed, and had to be replaced.

HSI Walker Rehabilitation Project Underway

Entro is currently executing a full rehabilitation of a failed HSI walker, including jack reconstruction and replacement of steering drive components, steering linkage, and roller assemblies—bringing the unit back to reliable operational status.

Next-Gen Walking System Delivered for a New Client

Entro recently delivered a 3.6 million lb. capacity X-Swing Pony Sub walking system a new client’s latest rig build program. The nine-month project involved collaborative design integration into client sub boxes and full operational testing at Entro’s facility prior to shipment—setting a new standard for walking system capability and integration.

BELT Feeder Transport System Eliminates Crane Requirements

Entro designed and built a 200,000 lb. BELT Feeder Transport System that allows apron feeders to be mobilized during operation—completely removing the need for crane lifts and significantly reducing operational costs and downtime.
